MLA Kupwara and senior PC leader Bashir Ahmad Dar urged the chief minister to intervene into the case of Kamran Yousuf who was arrested by NIA last year. “No case has been registered against Kamran. He too should have been given an opportunity to live a normal life like the amnesty to stone pelters,” Dar according to GNS said and demanded his immediate release. J&K police arrested Kamran on 5 September 2017 from his house in Pulwama.
